While I warm up, I usually listen to some motivational speeches. You will for sure get the chills down on the spine…in a good way  :)…and you will feel more engaged.

Have you seen the movie “Pain and gain”? Mark Wahlberg sparkled some magic with his lines :

I included the ending part of the movie in the playlist because I like his message.

I don’t know how you prefer it, but I like to listen to my own music, not the one played in the gym. I always take my MP4 and my headset.

This playlist only includes 10 songs, but I promise I will make a new one with my next favorites.
