Ce spui de o masa delicioasa, care pe langa aspectul fantastic, are un gust extraordinar si este suuuper simplu de facut?

In ultima vreme a trebuit sa imi re-gandesc meniurile sa pot asigura un aport mai mare de vitamine si antioxidanti care sa ma ajute sa imi mentin un organism sanatos.

Asadar, am inceput sa introduc in alimentație un smoothie din fructe(cateodata si legume) care sa imi ofere si energia de care am nevoie, pe parcursul zilei.

Sa vedem reteta pentru primul smoothie :


De ce banane?

  • sunt bogate in vitamine B6 si potasiu si cresc capacitatea de concentrare;
  • contin antioxidanti, protejand de bolile cronice;
  • sunt o buna sursa de energie si contin fibre.

De ce miere?

  • contine enzime ce ajuta la procesul de digestie;
  • furnizeaza energie;
  • este o sursa naturala de minerale.

De ce ananas?

  • contine fibre, magneziu, vitamina C, fier, acid folic;
  • are efect detoxifiant;
  • are efect antiinflamator, datorita bromelinei;
  • combate celulita.

Pentru a prepara Smoothie-ul, veti avea nevoie de un blender sau de un mixer vertical. Eu am folosit un mixer vertical, ca cel de aici :

Mixati ingredientele pana ce textura ar trebui sa fie asemenea unei paste. Turnati smoothie-ul intr-un bol si decorati cu fructele/semintele preferate.

Eu am folosit zmeura, seminte de dovleac crude, seminte chia si kiwi.

P.S. : pentru un efect racoritor, puteti congela bananele si/sau ananasul.

What would you say about a yummy meal that looks great and it’s super easy to prepare?

Lately, I had to re-think my menus so I would make sure my body gets more vitamins and antioxidants.

Thus, I started to prepare some smoothies, especially made with fruits, but sometimes also made with vegetables, which will bring me enough energy for the day.

       Let’s see what this warrior does to your body…

The recipe :


Why bananas?

  • excellent source of vitamin B6 and potassium and keep you focused;
  • rich in antioxidants and prevent illness;
  • packed with fibers and good source of energy.

Why honey?

  • contains enzymes which aid in digestion;
  • good source of energy;
  • natural source of minerals.

Why pineapple?

  • rich in fibers, magnesium, vitamin C, iron, folic acid
  • aids in detoxifying;
  • contains bromelain and it’s an anti inflammatory remedy;
  • helps in reducing the cellulite.

 

Prep : Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. I used a hand blender, it works just fine, like this one :

Pour the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your favourite fruits or seeds.

I used raspberry, raw pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and kiwi.

P.S. : You can use frozen banana or/and pineapple for a more refreshing taste.
